“ We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Bong’s Cafe and Restaurant in Corrimal. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome with their warm smiles and attentive service. Here’s a breakdown of the dishes we enjoyed: Vietnamese Pancake (Entree): This was a solid start to our meal. While it wasn’t the standout dish of the night, it was still very appetizing, with a nice crisp texture and a subtle flavor that paired well with the dipping sauce. Hanoi Spring Rolls and Grilled Pork Vermicelli: These were a highlight! The spring rolls were perfectly crisp, packed with a delicious filling, and paired beautifully with the vermicelli. The grilled pork was tender and flavorful, and the lime fish sauce added a refreshing, tangy kick to the dish. “ Although this isn't a new restaurant in Corrimal, I don't think many people know about it yet. It's a Northern Vietnamese-style eatery offering all the signature dishes like spring rolls (Nem Rán), Bún Chả, and Phở. I absolutely love the Bún Chả and Phở here - they’re prepared in true Northern style and come 70% close to what we have back home in Vietnam. I dine here almost every week, especially when I’m craving authentic food from home. Highly recommend! I really hope they can keep up this quality - and who knows, with all the feedback, it might get even better ”
